Time for some geocaches maintenance

In the past days two of my geocaches had problems, one went missing, and by the area where it is located, inside of a urban area, it a little bit hard to find a container that is good enough. I'm trying to find a solution as soon as possible, once I like to make the availability of the caches the highest possible.

The other one had a different problem, the caches was exactly on the first place, and has been  there for about one year, without a single problem, but now it begun the construction of a wall that will make the access to the cache impossible, so I have to find a nearby loctation. It is not in a urban area, so I can find more solutions

Finally, and for me the hardest at the moment, I have wherigo adventure, and the final container is in an urban area, and the place is hard to find some good  ideas.

Some fine examples
